What is EOE?
The Equal Opportunity in Engineering (EOE) Program aims to provide equal and equitable opportunities for underrepresented ethnic minorities and students with marginalized identities by:
-
Increasing awareness of engineering to diverse pre-college students

Developing leadership and professionalism for succcess in a global workforce

We accomplish this through various programs and events centered around four initiatives: Academics, Leadership, Recruitment and Research
